Next Step Healthcare’s Gafc program was established in 2012 and is designed to serve residents of subsidized housing, with the goal of providing the support services they may need to help them to remain living in their own homes. Next Step Healthcare is a Medicaid Group Adult Foster Care provider in Massachusetts, serving elders and people with disabilities throughout the state
